This is what a maid of honor, a sister or a close friend puts together in secret with everyone who knew the bride before the dress. Ten people, a few weeks, and one private link Sarah opened on the morning of her wedding. Everything below is Sarah’s project, exactly as it looked.

  1. One person starts it. Quietly. Sarah never gets an email.
  2. Everyone who knows her adds to it. Stories, photos, videos, voice notes. No app, no account.
  3. Sarah opens the finished surprise. On her phone, when the organizer says so.
