This is what a best man, a brother or an old friend puts together in secret with everyone who knew the groom before the suit. Ten witnesses, a few weeks, and one private link Jake opened at the rehearsal dinner. Everything below is Jake’s file, exactly as it looked.

  1. One person starts it. Quietly. Jake never gets an email.
  2. Everyone who knows him adds to it. Stories, photos, videos, voice notes. No app, no account.
  3. Jake opens the finished surprise. On his phone, when the organizer says so.
